Influential Women recognizes Karla Wood for her 21 years as Director of Colonial Hills Child Development Center. Karla has 40+ years experience, inspired by her grandmother's care to create nurturing environment for children. She leads 20 staff members and has earned a four-star Rising Star rating while advancing toward national accreditation.
Her philosophy centers on treating families as extensions of her own, building trust, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported in their development.
